The evening with the Rockefeller and Great Scots Flights did wonders for client development, and CA Scotch Chick certainly made a new friend. Those flights were on her client's mind all through the long Thursday and Friday workdays. Consequently, when the deal finally closed Friday afternoon. CA Scotch Chick's new play mate requested another play date. They and the rest of the clients returned to Keens for another round of flights.
Since CA Scotch Chick could not convince the bartender to substitute other high end whiskys for the upper level flights, she and her companion put their palates to the test on the Dinner Flight and the After Dinner Flight. The Dinner Flight consisted of Tobermory 10, Springbank 10, Glenlivet 18, Glen Garioch 21, while the After Dinner Flight offered Bruichladdich 20, Macallan Cask Strength, Edradour Ballechin, and Talisker 25. For prices on these flights and general tidbits regarding Keens, please see our June 11th post.
