Book Club: The Dinner Flight

Alas, CA Scotch Chick wonders if she has been ruined for life by her time spent with the older scotches. Many of the offerings in the Dinner Flight, including ones she had previously enjoyed spending time with such as Springbank 10, were weak and one dimensional in comparison to the whiskys from Wednesday evening. Even Glen Garioch 21, which should have shown signs of maturity was disappointingly watery, and Tobermory 10 was simply not worthy to be on the flight.

CA Scotch Chick did discover that Glenlivet, a whisky she had previously ruled as unworthy in all iterations, was acceptable in its 18 version, and she must admit that she learned not to allow bias to prevent her from sampling other offerings from the same distillery when she encounters a scotch she does not care for.
