Eades Islay Double Malt

Part of the anticipation series for Eades, a company that hopes to be the first Virginia Scottish style distillery, this vatted malt is a mixture of Bowmore (60%) and Caol Ila (40%). It is a sweet peat: round, flavorful and quite pleasant – definitely designed for the American palate.
