Signatory Un-chillfiltered 1994 Glen Rothes

The middle Glenrothes Sister, Signatory's Un-chillfiltered 1994, has a more pleasing palate than her younger sister, Glenrothes Select Reserve, but she lacks the smoothness and depth of her older sister Glenrothes 1991. Like her little sister, however, her finish has a harshness that detracts from her otherwise pleasant demeanor. A drop or two of water smooths it out a bit.

Color	Yellow.	Light Yellow.
Nose	Apricot, nectarines.	Leather, fruit.
Body	Creamy at the beginning becoming brighter.	Starts creamy and ends light.
Palate	Apple cider, fruit.	Slightly salty, buttery, sweet, apples.
Finish	Bright, quick finish.	Bright finish. Not harsh but definitely harsher than the 1991.
Comments	Pleasant.	Benefits from a drop of water.
