The week started off on a high note. Wise Woman invited CA Scotch Chick to accompany her family to a restaurant that had recently fallen into what sources had reported to be much more capable hands. While most of the dishes served at the dinner were complex enough to handle one of the smokier scotches, one dish was so delicate and so succulent, it deserves a light companion. We recommend Glenmorangie for its ability to complement all aspects of the meal.
